Preparation Summary:
Completed a block paving installation in Neston, Chester. Replaced the old driveway area and reshaped it. Removed the old lawn area. Removed the old side path. Added a paving border around the lawn area and re-turfed the entire lawn area. New base was installed on the driveway. Membrane sheeting was used to inhibit weed growth on the driveway. Block paving was installed on a screeded sand base to ensure the levels were set correctly for surface water drainage.
The block paving installed was a Brindle main block laid in a herringbone pattern and a charcoal border around the driveway. We put in new gravel for a low maintenance garden on the right side of the driveway.
