Driveway and Patio Installation in Saltney

Driveway and patio area renovation completed in Saltney on borders of Cheshire and Flintshire. Existing driveway area and patio area removed. New sub base installed. Membrane sheeting was installed to prevent weed growth.

A brick on edge was installed around the entire area bedded in concrete. New wooden fencing was installed along the entire side of the driveway area to the garage. Concrete patterned gravel boards and concrete posts were installed for extra durability. Standard treated panels installed. A new step was installed at the rear door to the house.

Tarmac was installed over the entire driveway area and a new slabbed area was installed at the back of the house. The tarmac was vibrate compacted in place. Slabbing was laid on a solid mortar bedding.
